SUBMISSION RULES

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES
Under 18? Stop now. We can not and will not use any videos submitted by anyone under 18. No full nude. Get it close if you want but ask yourself if your video would be allowed on TV. If the answer is no then we probably won’t use it. Follow the below steps when submitting any videos to us for consideration.
2. Format your video as one of the following.
MOV (QuickTime)
MPEG (2 or 4)
WMF (Windows media file)
3GP (Most common cell phone format)
AVI (Please compress.
3. Make sure your video is under 10 Megs.
4. Attach your video to an email making sure to copy and past the below submission information into the body of your email.
5. Fill out all of your information in the submission information form. (All fields are required.)
6. Enter in the subject line of the email “StupidStation.com Video Submission”.
7. Send your video to Video@StupidStation.com
(Copy all the information between the red lines into the body of your email and fill in all of your information.)

Submission Agreement:
All parties involved in the production of and appearance in the submitted video must be over the age of 18 at the time the video was shot. No full nude videos will be accepted for consideration. This included topless or full nude front or back videos. Not all videos will be accepted for the promotional use by Stupid Station. The submitter may submit as many videos as they like but only one promotional give away item is guaranteed by Stupid Station per participant. Promotional venues include but are not limited to; promotions on StupidStation.com, Myspace pages related to Stupid Station, Youtube, Google video and other video sharing websites. StupidStation.com can not control or be held responsible for the use of the submitted video after it has been released onto third party open sites such as Google video and Youtube. Additionally StupidStation.com reserves the right to sell the submitted videos in part or in whole weather edited or not at any time in the future. StupidStaton.com will take a reasonable effort to contact the person who submitted the video to notify them before any sales are made. Use for promotions may include but are not limited to editing and altering the context of the video image and audio track. Additionally the audio track may be removed from the video recording and may be replaced with promotional audio. The submitted video may be combined with other submitted video as well as other video footage and audio content. The original context of the submitted video may be altered significantly. Audio taken from the video may be used on the StupidStation.com radio show and video content may be discussed on the show. Discussing the video content may not be considered as acceptance of the video for promotion and may not be eligible for StupidStation promotional items at the sole discretion of Stupid Station members. Credit for the participant will be given to the person submitting the video at their specific request. The name that will be listed on the credits will be provided in the submission form by the person submitting the video. Credit will only be guaranteed on the StupidStation website, StupidStation.com, on a to be specified page. Credit may or may not be given on specific promotional uses of the submitted video. If the name you wish to be identified as is entered as “None” no credits will be given to the participant for the video submitted. All information given to StupidStation.com by the submitter will be kept strictly confidential (Excepting the Name the submitter wishes to be identified by, if any.) T-Shirts and other Stupidstation.com promotional items will be delivered only to the address given above. All Stupid Station Radio Show merchandise and promotional items will ship out within one week of a submitted video being used in any StupidStation.com promotional material after being published. Promotional items will be shipped via USPS standard post unless otherwise specified. Stupid Station Radio show is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Delivery to the lower 48 United States only.
